Three ways to staff your lines
Production, assembly, packing, quality inspection and warehouse workers for electronics, equipment assembly, medical devices, plastics, packaging and printing, metalwork and furniture factories.
Direct hire
HRVN recruits and screens; you sign the labor contract and pay wages directly. A one-time placement fee per worker who starts, with free replacement during the guarantee period.
Labor leasing
Only for jobs on the Decree 145/2020/ND-CP list, such as security, factory cleaning, drivers and production electrical systems. Up to 12 months per worker, pay no lower than your staff in the same position.

Workers pay no fees
No application fees, placement fees or deposits taken from workers (Labor Code 2019, Article 11). All fees are paid by the employer, matching the "employer pays" principle of international supplier codes.
Pay only for days worked
No fee for no-shows or for workers who leave before the agreed minimum number of days.

What a temporary factory worker costs
Statutory costs for one worker at the Region I minimum wage (Decree 293/2025/ND-CP, from 1 January 2026), 26 working days a month, 8 hours a day. Higher wages scale every line proportionally.

Add your allowances (attendance, transport, housing), any 13th-month salary, and the service fee. Overtime under Article 98 of the Labor Code: 150% on weekdays, 200% on weekly rest days, 300% on public holidays; night work (10 pm – 6 am) +30%. Questions factories ask
How is the service fee charged?
Either per actual working day of each worker, or as a lump sum per worker who completes the agreed period. The fee is quoted by headcount, position, shift pattern and your wage level.
How fast can you supply workers?
It depends on headcount and position. When we receive your request, HRVN confirms a start date for each batch and keeps you updated.
What if a worker leaves early?
No fee is charged for workers who leave before the agreed minimum number of days, and HRVN recruits a replacement free of charge within the guarantee period stated in the contract.
Do workers pay any recruitment fee?
No. Vietnam's Labor Code 2019 (Article 11) states that workers do not pay recruitment costs. All service fees are paid by the employer, in line with the "employer pays" principle in supplier codes of conduct.
Do you issue VAT invoices and English contracts?
Yes. HRVN issues VAT invoices per reconciliation period and signs bilingual Vietnamese–English contracts with foreign-invested factories.
What does a temporary factory worker cost in 2026?
At the 2026 Region I minimum wage of 5,310,000 VND per month, wages, social insurance and trade union fee (23.5% employer share), annual leave and paid public holidays come to about 267,000 VND per 8-hour working day, before your allowances and the service fee.
